A jolly girl, may be she was 17 or 18 years old, named Yasmin, was working as a servant of a house. She had been living there for many years doing all the house hold chores well but, even for a mistake she was beaten by the house owner. She suffered with this awful behaviour from the lady owner.
Finally, she decided to go home but her own village was very far from there. One morning she came out from the house without permission from the house owners. She caught bus from the city to her village. the bus dropped her in a place which was 50km far from her home. It became dark...
No one anywhere. Yasmin was very scared. Fortunately she saw a police van coming from the other direction. She asked help to the police officers to took her to the right place.
The ragamuffin officers gave her hope and took her to their van. On the way they started to rape her which made her scared and helpless. Again she asked them to dropher village. The police officers could but they remove her clothes and raped the teen age girl. After tring o escape them she died. Then they threw her dead body beside a cannel.

Aussie Helpers
ST GEORGE TAFE arranged a Health Expo programme 2weeks ago. Our friends Pat, Bee and Yun interviewed Sue Martin. She told them many things about Aussie Helpers, the Australian bush and about the farmers who are suffering by floods, drought and bush fires, why they need help etc.
Aussie helpers is a group of volunteers who help collect food and money for farmers. There are many farming people out there in the bush and the volunteers are working for them without pay. Lots of organisations are working too to help them. The areas away from the cities is the Australian Bush. The peoplea who are there are struggling a lot to grow foods.
Some of our friends from different classes also took food for the people at the health Expo which was cheap and the money went to the Aussie Helpers. The Aussie helpers were also awaring people about skin cancer, breast cancer, teeth etc. Students and teachers of TAFE helped by them too.
